Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops and grow Huawei Cloud consulting, sales, service, and solution partners, including achieving market, sales, cooperation, and brand goals, and building a cloud ecosystem featuring technical coexistence and business win-win.
- Analysis the development strategy and business plan for Huawei Cloud Partners in Indonesia based on the company’s portfolio, and builds and continuously optimizes the cloud ecosystem partner system and business model.
- Implements the Huawei Cloud ecosystem talent development strategy, builds and operates online and offline training and enablement platforms, assists in the construction of professional and professional certification systems, and comprehensively builds a cloud ecosystem talent cultivation system.
- Understand and utilizes policies and processes for partners on Huawei Cloud Indonesia, manages the entire lifecycle of partners, releases and delivery.
- Mapping industry/region ecosystem, identify mainstream partners in the industry, and grow cooperation with mainstream partners in the industry/region.
- Develop industry solution partners and horizontal SaaS partners, assist technical partners in hatching solutions, launching the cloud market, and business closure.
- Take charge of Huawei Cloud digital operation, build and output cloud ecosystem sales operations, and customer operation capabilities, improve the expansion and installed base operation capabilities of a large number of medium and long-term customers, and build a sustainable and stable cloud service chassis.
Persyaratan Khusus
- Professional knowledge: Basic Sales knowledge of Cloud Product, IT, Channel management
- Have a networking with highly promising partner which can be potential candidate of Huawei Cloud Partner.
- Professional skills: Presentation, negotiation, project management, strategical analysis, pofessional social skill
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other ICT related majors.
- Experience 5 years or more working in ICT Industry, Cloud is preferable.
