1. Responsible for leading the HQ Power Infra team and HQ Field Operation team.
2. Main interface to related Field Operation team.
3. To ensure tracking of Power Infra KPIs tracking with regional team by efficient reporting and escalation.
4. To ensure automation use cases development and interface to Tools team as business analyst.
5. To analyze workload of regional team and field maintenance engineer level and propose for optimization to management.
6. Draft strategy for power and infrastructure delivery in Managed Services domain including corrective maintenance engineering (Genset, rectifier, batteries, air-cons, NMS power).
7. Device strategy for power efficiency with customer Power Planning team and recommendation for optimization taskforces.
8. Lead team to coordinate with Procurements team for technical analysis of suppliers and vendors.
1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Telecom, Electrical, Industrial, IT Engineering or related major.
2. 5 years+ experience in Operation & Maintenance services and power domain.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Understand fully telecommunication industry Managed Service Power Infra scope.
5. Strong skill for KPI/SLA assurance in the regional delivery with dashboard reporting (Network Availability, Preventive Maintenance and punch list, Corrective Maintenance incident and alarms tracking).
6. Great communication skills to interact with related team for power operational reporting.
7. Able to design solution/ improvement for optimization and preventive purposes.
8. Experienced with strategy planning for Power Infra and Corrective Maintenance for operational efficiency and increase productivity.
9. Able to analyze and propose example cases for further automation development.
