5. Internal control management: manage Management Authorization and Execution & Management Contract Lifecycle process risks under Enterprise Business Customer Requirement Managementprocess, and support rapid and healthy business growth by optimizing transaction flow policies and processes.
6. Contract management: Manage the overall transaction quality of local company, analyze the transaction from the dimensions of profitability and risks, and improve the transaction quality based on top Issues.
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Marketing, IT or any kind of related major.
2. Have 2 years working experience with law background as the main job responsibility.
3. Professional skills: Result-oriented, good communication skill, strong coordination skill
4. Professional knowledge: Has experience managing contracts for PO
