Managed Service Project Region Field Service Operation

1. Responsible for managing the resources to get the effective utilization of resources.

2. Responsible to ensure SLA and KPI achievement as per contractual target (operation and performance).

3. Responsible for managing end to end field maintenance operation in one part of region to comply to all business process.

4. Responsible for incident management handling including escalation management, post incident analysis and improvement action.

5. Responsible for leading coordination with customer and Managed Service internal departments and 3rd parties.

6. Responsible for operation improvement and transformation.

7. Maintain KPI/SLA region on target (operation and performance).

8. Fully support governance & communication with customer.

9. Managed Service delivery strengthening (end to end regional ownership, decentralization on decision making and micromanagement operation & optimization in region).

10. Conduct regular meetings and have routine communication with customer sales and team.

11. Strategize key task and quality improvement.

12. Manage day to day operation LTOA, cell low NAV, genset monitoring, incident report submission and other key tasks.

Persyaratan Khusus

1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Telecom, Electrical, Industrial, IT Engineering or related major.

2. 5 years+ experience in Operation & Maintenance services, especially for Field Operation Maintenance.

3. Fluent in English.

4. Understand fully telecommunication industry Managed Service scope.

5. Experienced in Managed Service end to end field maintenance operation ensuring network availability delivery, maintenance and power energy management.

6. Skillful knowledge to fulfill SLA and KPI achievement as per contractual target (Operation and Performance).

7. Experienced in managing team & resource for effective utilization.

8. Experience for Incident Management handling including escalation management, post incident analysis and solution improvement action.

9. Strong communication skill to cooperate with related internal team, 3rd party and customer.

10. Skill and experience in managed service project strategic task and quality improvement.

11. Have good knowledge of Digitalization Transformation Methodology for ICT Development. Familiar with Operation Web Service (OWS) including operations and basic development skill.
