IT Tech Support and Ops
* Male or Female,
* Vocational School (SMK), Associate Degree (D1, D2, D3) graduates on Computer/Network/IT related majors
* Familiar with network basics : IP, ports, protocols, routing, subnets, and network related basic tools: ping, telnet, traceroute
* Familiar with computer hardware and OS installation, configuration, and maintenance
* Familiar with SQL based database: MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and basic SQL queries
* Willing, eager, and able to learn new things
* Familiarity with Linux/Unix based systems will be a plus
* Ability to write simple scripts using Shell Script, Python, or PHP will be a plus
