- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate site progress and report findings to project management.
- Perform field inspections related to civil & structural works.
- Ensure quality control implementation on-site in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams regarding site issues.
- Review construction drawings and verify on-site implementation.
- Prepare inspection reports and site progress documentation.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience working in a developer company and CM Consultant company as a Site Inspector or Site Engineer.
- Familiar with field inspection and quality control processes.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and monitoring site progress.
- Willing to be placed in Bali or other designated project locations.
