- Prepare and control project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
- Manage contracts, including contract administration and variation orders (VO).
- Evaluate site progress and verify work completion.
- Prepare and certify contractor payment certificates.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget efficiency.
- Coordinate with developers, QS consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Conduct analysis and negotiations related to project costs and contracts.
- Prepare regular analytical and financial reports for management review.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience working in a developer company and QS consultant company as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Proficient in cost estimation, contract management, and project financial reporting.
- Experienced in site progress evaluation, contractor payment certification, and managing variation orders (VO) and contractor payments.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Willing to be placed in Bali or other designated project locations.
