- Conduct site inspections for architectural and interior works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and design intent.
- Monitor and evaluate architectural and interior site progress.
- Ensure quality control standards are applied for architectural and interior finishes.
- Coordinate with contractors, design consultants, and internal teams on-site issues.
- Review architectural and interior construction drawings and verify implementation on site.
- Prepare inspection reports and progress documentation related to architectural and interior works.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience working in a developer company, CM Consultant, and design consultant company as a Site Inspector or Site Engineer.
- Familiar with field inspection and quality control for architectural and interior works.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and monitoring site progress.
- Willing to be placed in Bali or other designated project locations.
