Job Description :

1. Ensure all facilities are well maintained and have a reliable fire protection system
2. Responsible for risk identification and assessment, emergency action planning, incident management
3. Ensure K3 programs well implemented
4. Create HSE reports and analyze work accident statistics.
5. Promoting HSE and safety communication (safety meetings, HSE signs) to employees.
6. Conduct inspections on work equipment, labor, workforce health and the work environment
7. Conduct occupational safety and safety training.
8. Able to do work accident prevention and investigate the cause.

Job Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety)
2. Experienced in automotive industry will be advantage.
3. Proactive, concern with details & accuracy, Concern with safety issue
4. Have certificate of K3 from Disnaker
5. Have a good knowledge in safety, quality, health & environment and good in establish for HSE Management System, ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SOP and Emergency Respons
6. Strong personality, good initiative, Good communication and interpersonal skill
7. Willing to work and attend interview in Cikarang
8. Able to join ASAP
