We are seeking an experienced EHS Environmental Manager to lead and oversee environmental management initiatives at our North Maluku Industrial Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science with a proven track record in land reclamation, rehabilitation, and environmental management—particularly within the mining industry. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate must be adept at managing large-scale projects, engaging with stakeholders, collaborating with NGOs, and handling media relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale land reclamation, rehabilitation, and slope protection projects.
• Oversee environmental management programs, ensuring compliance with local and national environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for soil stabilization, hydroseeding, vegetation planning, and DAS (Drainage Area) rehabilitation.
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, local communities, stakeholders, and NGOs.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure project success and adherence to environmental standards.
• Manage press and media relations, particularly addressing coverage of environmental project execution and issues arising from poorly handled situations.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic direction in environmental best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies for GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emission reduction and energy efficiency improvements.

Persyaratan Khusus

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in land reclamation, rehabilitation, or environmental management within the mining industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in soil stabilization, hydroseeding techniques, vegetation planning, DAS rehabilitation, and slope protection.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale reclamation projects and lead diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of local and national environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
• Experience in managing stakeholder affairs, including direct engagement with NGOs and community groups.
• Experience handling press and media, particularly regarding environmental project execution and crisis communication.
• Proven experience in GHG emission reduction strategies and energy efficiency initiatives within industrial operations.
• Understanding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Aspects.
