- Prepare and obtain environmental permits and approvals in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Review environmental permit applications and provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders and tenants.
- Prepare detailed RKL–RPL Rinci for tenants within the Industrial Estate.
- Review Technical Approval studies related to water management, air emissions, hazardous waste (B3), and other environmental assessments.
- Conduct internal environmental audits for tenants operating within the Industrial Estate.
- Ensure operational compliance of both tenants and Industrial Estate management with prevailing environmental laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and relevant internal teams on environmental permitting and compliance matters.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Science (Biology or Chemistry – MIPA), or other related disciplines.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in Environmental Management and Compliance, preferably within the nickel industry, battery industry, heavy industry, or power plant sectors.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in PROPER implementation and assessment.
- Thorough understanding of Indonesian environmental laws and regulations, including but not limited to: Environmental permits and approvals; Waste, emission, water, and pollution control regulations.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with: AMDAL, DELH, RKL–RPL Rinci, and other related environmental documents; Pertek and SLO, Rintek, and DRT.
