  1. Support and make sure the implementation of employee benefit run smoothly
  2. (Medical Assistance, Personal Accident Insurance and others employee benefit)
  3. Support for Payroll Process in order to smooth payroll
  4. Support for Audit & Compliance in line with HR Policy
  5. Implementing HR Administration

Persyaratan Khusus

  1. Bachelor degree with min. 5 years of experience in related field
  2. Understand about regulation related health and welfare that issued by government
  3. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  6. Excellent communication (Bahasa & English) and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
