Technical Lead (Java Springboot)
Project: Oil & Gas
• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Quarkus).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, including design patterns, service decomposition, inter-service communication, and distributed systems challenges.
• Strong database expertise: Advanced SQL skills, query optimization, PostgreSQL/MYSQL/Oracle, NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), database performance tuning, and indexing strategies.
• Proven track record in performance optimization: Application profiling, JVM tuning, caching strategy, load testing, and capacity planning.
• Mastery of software engineering best practices: Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, TDD/BDD, Code review and refactoring techniques, CI/CD pipeline design Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of system design and ability to make architectural decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills across complex distributed systems.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
