Project: Telecommunication
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop business process flows, use case diagrams, and data models.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Document current and future business processes to support system implementation.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with security standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and IT systems analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and propose IT solutions.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Ability to perform gap analysis and assess the business impact of new solutions.
• Understanding of business process optimization and automation.
• Experience with business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
