Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Representative Security Operations to ensure adequate coverage and consistent enforcement of security policies and procedures.
• Ensure the protection and control of high-value materials (copper anode, cathode, precious metals, and by-products) during production, storage, and shipment processes.
• Prepare and implement security procedures, instructions and orders.
• Establish and maintain access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and perimeter security in critical areas
• Review reports prepared by Security personnel and take follow-up action as necessary.
• Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting of theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, or other security breaches
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure compliance with security controls for material movement, access, and handling.
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and recommend preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and crisis management procedures related to security threats or disruptions.
• Other task as assigned

Persyaratan Khusus

• Tertiary qualification in Investigations
• Minimum five (5) years investigative experience within a law enforcement, intelligence or security-related function.
• Experience in planning, leading and managing investigations within a team environment.
• Understanding of relevant legal issues, laws and regulations.
• Exposure to security issues and practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions and prioritize workloads.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong PC skills using office software including: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications.
