La Brisa Bali is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier Supervisor to oversee daily cashier operations and ensure a smooth, accurate, and customer-focused payment experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and service excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures
- Manage and support the cashier team, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and on-the-job guidance
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS transactions, reconciliations, and daily financial reports
- Monitor discrepancies, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Act as a point of escalation for payment-related issues and customer concerns
- Collaborate closely with Operations & Finance Management to ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements
Persyaratan Khusus
Requirements
- Proven experience minimum 3 years in a Cashier Supervisor/Captain or similar role
- Strong customer service mindset with a clear focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and able to communicate actively in English
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in team management and operational supervision
- Solid understanding of financial management, cash handling, and accurate record-keeping
- Background in hospitality s a strong advantage (beach club or night club experience preferred)
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
