As a Relationship Manager (RM), you'll build and maintain relationships with Orthopedic Surgeons and hospitals in your assigned region. You'll capture surgery schedules, update CRM data accurately, and coordinate with Operations to ensure service readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree from reputable University in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimal experience 1-3 years as Sales, RM, Account executive, Medical
• Representative. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in hospital environments.
• Willing to travel frequently and manage flexible schedules.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.
• Placement Location in: Bali
