Quality Assurance Inspector (Garment)
Job Description: Conduct garment quality inspections in accordance with company and buyer standards Ensure consistent implementation of quality control systems throughout the production process Perform quality audits (inline, endline, and final inspections) Identify defects, analyze root causes, and provide corrective action recommendations Ensure compliance with SOPs, AQL, and applicable quality standards Coordinate closely with Production, QC, and related departments to improve product quality Prepare accurate and timely inspection and quality audit reports Job Requirements: Experience in the garment industry is mandatory Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector / CFA / QA Auditor Strong understanding of garment QC systems, AQL, and buyer quality standards Proven experience in conducting quality audits and on-site inspections Must be able to communicate in English (written and spoken) Detail-oriented, firm, and possess strong analytical skills Able to work independently as well as in a team Willing to work in a factory environment and under production targets
