Job Description Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding). Designing and executing employee engagement programs (e.g., team building). Supporting employer branding initiatives (Reels/TikTok/LinkedIn Content). Coordinating internal training sessions for the team. Maintaining internal databases and supporting HR administrative tasks. Criteria Currently based in Yogyakarta. Available for a 3-month internship. University student (preferably final year), majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Strong interest in creative industry and people development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possesses a can-do attitude, eager to learn, organized, and detail-oriented.
