• Support document digitalization: scanning, uploading, and archiving
• Update and validate data to ensure accuracy
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR and GA functions

Persyaratan Khusus

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, data and document management, and keen to go through processes (manual-digital)
• Communication and project management skills are required
