HR Manager
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations Develop and implement HR systems, SOPs, and organizational structure to support scalable growth Establish and enforce performance evaluation or KPI frameworks Design and execute training & development programs to improve team capability and performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role Proven experience in building HR systems, SOPs, and organizational structures Possesses a business mindset, not limited to administrative HR functions Strong leadership with clear, firm, and effective communication, and the ability to make decisions Benefits Direct communication and exposure to BOD (high visibility and impact) Opportunity to build and shape the HR function with direct business impact High-standard, performance-driven work environment Career growth aligned with company expansion Competitive compensation package (based on experience and capability) Available to join immediately (or within short notice period)
