HR Generalist
Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offering - Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes - Prepare and monitor employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT) - Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave management - Manage payroll, benefits, and employee administration accurately and on time - Handle BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan administration - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company legal requirements Prepare and manage regular HR reports Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field - 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist - Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes - Familiar with payroll, BPJS, and Indonesian labor regulations - Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong problem-solving skills - Able to work independently and in a team
