Requirements: Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Experience in customer service, cashiering, or front office is a plus. Interested in padel and sports, preferably understands or plays padel. Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using basic computer systems or POS tools. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Job Descriptions: Warmly welcome members and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Provide accurate information about court schedules, memberships, equipment rentals, and events. Handle inquiries directly, via phone, or through digital channels (WhatsApp/Instagram if needed). Record and manage court bookings manually or via the digital system, ensuring clear confirmations with no double bookings. Send reminders to customers about upcoming play schedules. Process payments for court rentals, F&B, merchandise, and equipment rentals. Manage petty cash and record daily transactions accurately. Prepare and submit daily transaction and income reports to the finance team. Input new customer data into the system and maintain updated records. Assist during events or tournaments, including registration and on-site coordination. Share information about promotions or special offers to customers. Distribute promotional materials when required.
