Job Responsibilities
• Certification as a tax consultant or other professional tax certifications (Brevet A/B/C is a plus).
• Manage daily operation in Finance, Accounting & Tax for Schinder Group.
• Managing and operationg ACCURATE system.
• Planning and management of company financial budget.
• Analyses accounting options and recommends financial actions.
• Maintains financial security through compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor on Account Receivable (AR) performance
• Manage and make cash flow and forcasting report
• Reconciles financial discrepancies through collection and analysis of account information
• Representation of the company in tax matters (PPH 21, 23, 25, 4 ayat 2, 26, PPN)
• Ensures compliance with Indonesian financial and tax laws and regulations by researching existing and new legislation, enforcing compliance with the requirements and advising management on the necessary actions to be taken.
• Ensure the general ledger post in properly posting in Accurate Software.
• Annual Firm’s auditing.
Job Qualifications
• Provide tax consulting services to clients regarding their tax obligations and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Proven experience with at least 5 year(s) of working in the related field required for this position.
• Fluency in English is mandatory both verbal and written.
• Great knowledge with Finance Management.
• Good understanding of Indonesia Taxation and Local Tax Filing System.
• Brevet certification will be a distinct advantage.
• Experience in a similar role in another reputable accounting firm will be a distinct advantage.
• Accurate, detail, thorough, logic, consistent and discipline.
• Proficient on handling Financial Annual Report, Accounting System, Analyzing Information, Reporting and Research Skills, Statistical Analysis.
• Experiences as Corporate Finance, Accounting, Tax Manager in Consultant Company
