Corporate Barista Manager
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Barista Supervisor or Barista Manager in a café, restaurant, or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Passionate about coffee quality, customer service, and creating a welcoming café atmosphere.
• Capable of managing inventory, stock control, and daily cash operations.
• Skilled in training and motivating barista staff to maintain consistency and service excellence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
