Business Operations Intern
We’re looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our Regional Talent Solutions team. This role will focus on sales operations and process improvement, supporting our commercial and operational teams to run more efficiently. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, and Business Intelligence to streamline workflows, document processes, and ensure our teams have the right tools and structures to succeed. What You’ll Be Doing - Support process mapping, documentation, and improvements across Sales and Operations. - Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and consistency. - Assist in setting up and maintaining Sales Operations playbooks, SOPs, and best practices. - Maintain and update operational data in Sales CRM and internal trackers, ensuring data quality and process compliance. - Coordinate with Finance, HR, and BI to align workflows and ensure smooth handovers between teams. - Track operational KPIs and help prepare reports for leadership reviews. Who You Are - Structured and organized — you enjoy making sense of complex processes and building order. - Process-minded — you notice inefficiencies and naturally think about how to improve them. - A strong communicator who can work with different stakeholders and keep projects moving. - Comfortable learning new systems quickly (e.g., CRM, HRMS, finance tools). - Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive about suggesting improvements. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree (Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred). - Strong spreadsheet and Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus. - Good project management, organization, and documentation skills. - Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks. - Prior experience in process documentation, operations, or project work (academic or internship) is advantageous but not mandatory.
