Job Descriptions:
1. Developing and maintaining relationships with Chinese clients, both domestically and overseas, in order to expand client networks and potential collaborations.
2. Conduct negotiations with Chinese clients, whether in the context of out-of-court settlements or business transactions.
3. Communicate directly with Chinese clients to provide updates on cases, answer legal questions and provide appropriate legal advice.
4. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handling of client matters.
5. Represent Mandarin clients in negotiations, meetings and other legal proceedings
Job Requirements :
1. Law graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.30
2. Communicate professionally in Mandarin and English is a must.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually
6. Certified in HSK as a formal qualification indicating Mandarin language proficiency.
