Responsibilities As a Legal Admin, you will play a key role in expanding Idea Patent’s client network and nurturing long-term relationships. Your work will bridge communication between the firm and potential clients, helping them understand how our services can support their business goals. Your key responsibilities include: Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients from our existing and new databases. Scheduling and coordinating meetings between prospective clients and the firm’s partners. Maintaining communication with leads, following up after meetings, and ensuring client needs are addressed promptly. Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and service quotations. Supporting the creation and upkeep of client records, contact lists, and CRM updates. Collaborating closely with the partners and legal team to align business outreach with current practice priorities. Attending industry events or networking sessions to represent the firm when needed. Requirements We are looking for someone who is personable, organized, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. The ideal candidate is a communicator who understands that legal services are ultimately about trust and clarity. You should have: A degree in business, communications, marketing, law, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence in conducting outreach and initiating professional conversations. Good organizational habits and attention to detail in managing leads and follow-ups. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. A professional yet approachable demeanor when interacting with clients. (Bonus) Familiarity with CRM tools or basic sales pipelines is a plus. Work Arrangement This is a work-from-office (WFO) position, based at our main office. You will collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and other team members to ensure alignment between business growth and client engagement strategies. Occasional off-site meetings or networking activities may be required. Compensation Monthly base salary ranging from Rp 1.000.000 – Rp 3.000.000, with additional bonuses up to Rp 5.000.000 (or percentage basis) per project based on performance and successful client engagement.
