• 1 year experience as Trainer Desk Collection is preferred
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities Ability to organize and manage training programs effectively
• Relevant prior experience in a training or customer service role is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
