• Bachelor degree in any major
• 1 year experience as Desk Collection Supervisor is preferred
• Strong Team Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating team members
• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Finance- related processes, with a detailed understanding of best practices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate team performance and optimize operational efficiency
