Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Lead installation, integration, and commissioning of new automation equipment and control panels.
• Lead complex troubleshooting efforts involving PLC logic, I/O systems, field devices, and communications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMIs and industrial networks.
• Ensure proper functioning of control loops, communications, hardware, and software components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control system according to schedules.
• Perform system backups, firmware updates, and configuration management.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation faults and carry out repairs or replacements as needed.
• Assist engineers in developing and modifying PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications (ladder logic, function block, structured text).
• Implement minor logic changes, alarm configuration updates, and HMI modifications within authorized limits.
• Participate in control logic reviews, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT).
• Instruct and lead fresh technician in training.
• Supervise subcontructor work related maintenance work.
• Follow safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, permit to work)
• Ensure work complies with standards and company procedures
• Participate in safety briefings and toolbox meetings
• Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture.
• Execute inhibit/override of interlock system
• Prepare detailed service reports, incident investigations, and reliability improvement recommendations.
• Update instrument history records
• Report issues to supervisors
• Maintain accurate documentation including wiring diagrams, P&IDs, logic drawings, and network layouts.

Persyaratan Khusus

• Min. SMK/D1/D2 in Instrumentation / Automation / Metrology / Mechatronics with min. 10 years experience in hands-on control systems in Petrochemical, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, mining; or.
• D3/D4 in Instrumentation / Automation / Metrology / Mechatronics with min. 5 years experience in hands-on control systems in Petrochemical, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, mining; or.
• S1 in Instrumentation / Automation / Metrology / Mechatronics with min. 3 years experience in hands-on control systems in Petrochemical, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, mining
• Good understanding in control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI and SIS) and Control Logic.
• Good understanding in automation platform (Allend-Bradley, Siemens, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson, Schneider, ABB, GE, DeltaV)
• Good understanding in instrument control (signal types, control valve operation, positioners, actuators, PID control, feedback loops, cascade, ratio, feedforward control strategies.).
• Certification in instrumentation calibration and maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards such as ISO, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
