Job Requirements : Candidate must possessed at least D3, from the Culinary, Hospitality, Tourism major. At least 3 years experience of working in the related field is required for this position (Sous Chef or Head Chef). Have expert knowledge about COGS report, food costing, Inventory Management, Kitchen Safety. Leadership, creativity, and ability to work under pressure. Creative with strong culinary knowledge in Asian and/or Western cuisines. Skilled in menu execution, food preparation, and presentation. Placement : Bandung.
