Social Media Content Specialist
Responsibilities: Create content ideas, concepts, and scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and Feed Produce content on-site (WFO), including shooting, voice-over, and basic video editing Research and follow TikTok & Instagram trends (sounds, formats, hashtags) relevant to skincare Act as on-camera talent when required Write engaging captions and hashtags aligned with the brand’s tone of voice Support the planning and execution of a consistent content calendar Posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement (replying to comments & DMs) Help analyze content performance (reach, engagement, views, follower growth) Maintain brand consistency, credibility, and visual quality across all content Qualifications: Internship position for 6-month contract Willing to work from office (WFO) Active TikTok & Instagram user with strong interest in social media trends Passion for skincare and beauty industry Confident in front of the camera Creative, proactive, and eager to learn Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere, or similar) Able to commit to deadlines and content targets Plus point: experience in content creation or managing brand social media
