1. Plan, deliver, and assess Social Enterprise lessons that combine elements of economics, sociology, and civic engagement.

2. Guide students in designing and executing social entrepreneurship projects, from ideation to implementation and impact measurement.

3. Mentor and prepare students for competitions, exhibitions, or initiatives related to innovation, sustainability, or community development.

4. Integrate Islamic values into discussions about ethics, business responsibility, and social justice.

5. Encourage students to develop entrepreneurial mindsets focused on solving social and environmental issues.

6. Utilize technology, case studies, and real-world simulations to deepen understanding of social enterprise models and impact measurement.

7. Continuously assess student performance, providing constructive feedback for both academic and personal growth.

8. Foster a collaborative, ethical, and purpose-driven classroom environment that reflects the school’s mission and values.

9. Participate in professional development programs and contribute to the growth of the Social Studies and Enterprise Department.

Persyaratan Khusus

• Ikhwan/Akhwat (Muslim/Muslimah).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Studies, Economics, Sociology, Geography, History, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school implementing the Cambridge Curriculum.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding students in social entrepreneurship projects or competitions is an advantage.
• Strong ability to deliver interactive and inspiring lessons that connect social concepts with real-world impact.
• Skilled in integrating technology and project-based learning to enhance classroom engagement and social innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Passionate about social change, sustainability, and community empowerment.
• Committed to continuous professional and personal growth aligned with the school’s Islamic values and vision.
