• Coordinate and monitor export and/or domestic shipments
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, and export documents (BL, COO, PEB, etc.)
• Liaise with logistics providers, forwarders, and customs authorities
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods
• Input and update shipment data in ERP systems or internal databases
• Handle claims or issues related to shipping (damage, delay, loss)
• Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company standards
• Provide regular reports to management on shipment status
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Logistics Management, Business Administration, or equivalent)
• Min 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics
• Knowledge of export/import procedures and related documentation
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with customs regulations and port procedures
• Good Communication in English
• This position is strictly for candidates domiciled in Batam
