• Lead the team to deliver great customer service and ensure smooth store operations.  
• Prepare and serve products while ensuring quality and standards.  
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and operational tools during shifts.  
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members to achieve performance goals.  
• Act as a store manager representative when required.

Persyaratan Khusus

• Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service sector.
• Proven experience in inventory control and operational management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift schedules.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) is a plus.
