• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor regulations.
• Supervise employee administration: attendance, leave, personnel data, and employment contracts.
• Responsible for payroll processing: salary calculation, overtime, deductions, and related tax reporting
• Manage industrial relations, BPJS Health & Employment.
• Handle GA: office supplies, PPE, cleaning, and security.
• Handle expatriate documents: VISA, KITAS, and operational coordination.
• Support employee training, development, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare regular HR-GA reports and support internal/external audits.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate teams.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication in English.
