Some of your duties will include:
· Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and plans for upstream mining assets and equipment
· Oversee the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise asset utilisation
· Analyse maintenance data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
· Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, providing direction, coaching and performance management
· Collaborate with operations, procurement and other stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of parts, tools and resources
· Ensure all maintenance activities are compliant with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness
Working Location : Site Based - West Sumbawa
Working Schedule : Regular working days 5:2 / Roster 4 weeks on : 2 weeks off

What skills and experience do you need?
· Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
· Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in mining or heavy industrial maintenance management
· Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing maintenance strategies, including predictive and condition-based monitoring techniques
· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
· Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and data analysis tools
