We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Sales Manager role to lead business expansion in the Indonesian market within the Lithium Battery Industry. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, developing local distributor networks, expanding market presence in the automotive aftermarket and commercial vehicle sectors, and achieving annual business targets through strategic market development and channel management. This role is based in Kawasan Industri Candi, Semarang, with workdays 6 days/week. Job Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, with English and/or Indonesia as working languages. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Indonesia’s automotive parts or motorcycle parts industry, with strong knowledge of local battery, lubricant, or motorcycle modification markets Candidates with existing distributor networks, battery wholesale connections, motorcycle parts dealer resources, or commercial fleet relationships will be highly preferred. Strong business development capabilities, highly adaptable to frequent travel, ambitious, and results-driven. Job Responbilities: Develop and execute annual sales strategies and business plans for the Indonesian market, break down sales targets, and ensure effective implementation. Identify and develop local distributors, motorcycle parts dealers, battery specialty stores, commercial fleets, and repair workshops in Indonesia to build a stable and efficient distribution network. Create and implement local sales plans based on annual business goals, with a strong focus on driving sales growth for motorcycle and passenger vehicle starter batteries, as well as commercial vehicle batteries, while taking full ownership of sales performance. Organize or participate in local automotive and motorcycle parts exhibitions to enhance the brand's visibility and communicate the core advantages of sodium-ion batteries, including low-temperature resistance, long lifespan, and high safety. Maintain strong relationships with key distributors and partners, assist in resolving after-sales issues, and ensure timely payment collection.
