Placement : EggHotel Restaurant • Minimum education High School/Vocational School graduate (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major is a plus). • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in F&B, HORECA (hotel, restaurant, café), or consumer goods distribution. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Well-groomed, confident, and professional attitude. • Target-oriented and results-driven. • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Willing to work mobile and adapt to field activities. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): • Good understanding of the HORECA market (hotel, restaurant, café) and current food & beverage industry trends. • Possesses a database of potential clients within the assigned area. • Skilled in up-selling and strategic selling techniques.
