Requirements Min education D3/S1 in marketing/management/business field Able to manage data using Google Suites (sheet, Gdocs, Glides) Possesses skill in operating somed platforms (Whatsapp, IG, TikTok) Have an intermediate English written skill Have a good personality and attitude, proactive and creative Fast learner and problem solving Willing to work in weekend Preferably who has an experience in padel industry Job desc and Responsibilities Respond to customer questions/ complaints through all somed platforms Estbalish and grow padel community Collaborated with relevant teams to drive occupancy rate growth through initiatives e.g coaching programs, kids academies, etc Manage end-to-end event on court Drive Online & Offline Promotional Activity (leads collection, engaging community) Create daily, weekly and monthly report
