Quality Assurance Specialist
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably in hospitality, manufacturing, or service industry.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection processes, and continuous improvement principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures and SOPs.
• Skilled in identifying process gaps and recommending corrective actions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS).
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Flexible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
