• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of machined products.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and applicable quality standards.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
• Record inspection results and prepare accurate quality reports.
• Report non-conformities to supervisors and coordinate with the production team.
• Ensure all inspected products comply with ISO standards and internal procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and continuous improvement processes.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Min SMA/SMK.
• Min 1 year experience as QC Inspector in manufacturing company.
• Able to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Have knowledge Machining Process.
• Have knowledge for measuring tools (faro arm, CMM, bevel protector, ID-OD micro, bore gauge.
• Familiar with QC Software.
• This position is strictly for candidates domiciled in Batam.
