• Ensure product and process quality meets internal and external standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits, and field inspections.
• Handle and verify Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Prepare and manage quality documentation: ITRS, RFIs, CoCs & audit reports.
• Analyze quality data and compile monthly KPI reports.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal training on quality systems and QA procedures.
• Contribute to QA/QC system development and continuous improvement.
• Min Diploma in Industrial Eng, Mechanical Eng, or related fields.
• Min Exp 3 year of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing industry.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and knowledgeable in API/ISO standards.
• Good communication in English.
• This position is strictly for candidates domiciled in Batam.
