Purchasing Staff
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing, procurement, or related position (preferably in hotel industry)
• Strong knowledge of vendor managemt, sourcing, and negotiation
• Able to compare prices, check product quality, and ensure timely delivery Honest, detail-oriented, and strong in administrative work
• Able to create Purchase Order (PO) and manage inventory records
• Able to work closely with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, En- gineering, Front Office)
• Discipline, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, andasic stock control systems
• Must understand budgeting and cost efficiency
• Positive attitude, high integrity, and able to work independenly or as part of the team
