1. Oversee procurement of food & beverage products in line with operational needs
2. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and quality
3. Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company standards
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
5. Prepare accurate and timely purchasing reports
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
2. At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry
3. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
4. High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
