Job Description :

1. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, digital, content, sales, event, partners) to execute deliverables.
3. Monitor progress and ensure tasks stay within timeline and scope.
4. Manage project workflows using project management tools
5. Lead the execution of digital and offline campaigns, including social media, email, paid ads, activations, and events.
6. Oversee production of content, creative assets, and marketing materials.
7. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all outputs.
8. Act as the main point of contact between marketing, vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
9. Prepare regular progress reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign evaluations.
10. Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions proactively.
11. Track project expenses and ensure all initiatives remain within budget.
12. Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and suppliers to secure pricing and manage deliverables.
13. Review and approve creative materials before release.

14. Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, accuracy, and project objectives.

Persyaratan Khusus

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital marketing, and creative production processes.
4. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and basic analytics.
7. Able to join ASAP
8. Based in Bali
