• Design and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze workflow and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure proper implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee installation and modification of production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Min Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills
