Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Lead and supervise all production operators and team leaders to meet established production targets.
2. Apply approved procedures in the production process
3. Identify problems in the production process and implement preventive/corrective actions.
4. Lead in monitoring and reviewing departmental processes to identify areas for improvement.
5. Conduct regular reviews on manpower and material utilization maximize usage and minimize wastage.
6. Document and implement Good Manufacturing Practices.
7. Ensure operations efficiency in all processes and achieve daily 

Persyaratan Khusus

1. Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in production, process and supervisory roles.
3. Good oral and written communication skills.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English and computer literate.
5. Practical, creative, and good initiative.
6. Able to work independently.
7. Aptitude for technical activities
