Procurement Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

·      Conduct market research to identify suppliers and procurement opportunities

·      Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with company goals and ensure a competitive advantage.

·      Foster strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, and/or service

·      Implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

·      Manage E2E process from qualification, selection, contract and implementation as per company regulation

·      Manage Supplier Performance, Development, Relationship and Collaboration

·      Manage contract renewals and terminations, ensuring favorable terms for the organization

·      Ensure all procurement operations comply with regulation

·      Coordinate and communicate with project team and supplier

Persyaratan Khusus

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • At least 5 years working experience preferable in procurement especially in direct and indirect procurement or project management
  • Understand the procurement process and project management process especially during implementation
  • Have high responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and independently
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Understand the MS Office
  • Result oriented
